How many guests, bedrooms and bathrooms are there?
The villa hosts up to 10 guests in 5 double bedrooms, each with a private shower room. There are 6 bathrooms in total. For groups of 11 to 14 guests, an extra studio is available on request.

How do the quote and payment work?
Enter dates and guests to see the full price with no obligation: nightly rate, €100 cleaning per booking and €9 linen per guest. A 30% deposit is paid through Stripe on confirmation; the balance is due 10 days before arrival and is requested through a personal payment link. Full payment is required for arrivals within 10 days. Stripe emails a receipt after every successful payment.
How does the extra studio work for groups above 10?
For groups of 11 to 14 guests, an independent studio is available on request with a fixed surcharge. Please contact us on WhatsApp before confirming.
What are the check-in, check-out and cancellation terms?
Check-in is flexible and check-out is by 10:00 AM. For stays under 28 nights: full refund at least 5 days before check-in and partial refund within 5 days of check-in. For stays of 28 nights or more: full refund up to 30 days before check-in; after that, the first 30 days are non-refundable.
